FLORENCE, Ala. - The 海角社区 Department of Music and Theatre will host its annual Big Band Blowout Feb. 5 at 2 p.m. in Norton Auditorium. The show will include the Shoals Big Band, the 海角社区 Studio Jazz Band and more. Featured music will include Duke Ellington, Glenn Miller, Les Brown, Tommy Dorsey, Count Basie, Woody Herman, Don Ellis, Richard Rogers, Harry James and Benny Goodman. Admission is $10 for the general public, $5 for students and free to all active and veteran military personnel.
