The graduate Micro-credential/Certificate in Leadership is designed to meet these educational needs. Individuals earning this Micro-credential/Certificate may have more career opportunities and chances for advancement to leadership roles.
Grades earned within this program will be part of your permanent academic record and may be applied to the Master of Business Administration (MBA).

Admission Requirements
Admission into the Leadership Micro-credential program at North Alabama includes the following requirements:
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from a regionally-accredited US based institution or an institution recognized by the government of another country.
- An overall undergraduate grade point average of at least a 2.5 on a 4.0 scale, as reported on the transcript of the qualifying degree granting institution.

Step 2: Request Official Transcripts
Request official transcripts from degree granting institution. Transcripts from 海角社区 are not required. Official transcripts can be sent through an electronic transcript service to graduate@una.edu or mailed to: Office of Graduate Admissions, 海角社区 Box 5078, Florence, AL 35632.
