Program Description
The Higher Education Administration: Organizational Support Structures micro-credential is a non-degree seeking program is designed to provide students with the competencies and training necessary for operational and leadership roles in higher education. Students also explore the current issues in administration within higher education institution. Students can learn from the same faculty who teach in our Master of Professional Studies program. Most of the faculty also work in higher education administration roles across our institution and local community college institutions. Grades earned within this program will be part of your permanent academic record and may be applied to the program.

Admission Requirement
Admission into the online Micro-credential in Higher Education Administration: Organizational Support Structures program at North Alabama includes the following requirements:
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from a regionally-accredited US based institution or an institution recognized by the government of another country.
- An overall undergraduate grade point average of at least a 2.7 on a 4.0 scale, as reported on the transcript of the qualifying degree granting institution.
