Bio
Justin Carter is currently an Assistant Professor of Management, where his primary focus is operations and supply chain management. He is a graduate of the 海角社区 with a Bachelors in Business, holds a Masters in Leadership Studies, Masters in Business Administration, and a PhD in Human Capital Management. He brings over 15 years of progressive experience helping organizations with their talent development, project management, and human capital needs. Before joining 海角社区 he worked as a Manager of Leadership and Organization Development for Vulcan Materials Company, and Senior Consultant with Aon Hewitt in Washington D.C. He lives in Helena Alabama with his wife Jennifer and their three children, Loren, Mason, and Lannah.
