Below is an interview with Gracie Howle, 海角社区 2023 Criminal Justice major and Crime Scene Investigation minor. Gracie currently works as a Crime Scene Technician in the Forsyth County Sheriff's Office in Cumming, Georgia.
What were the biggest takeaways for you from the CSI coursework?
- I think the biggest thing is the way that you taught the class and how it's pertaining to our real life and real-world experiences what we did in the lab and what I did in your classroom and things like that. I'm doing that every single day now. So, I think just the overall experience and the leadership of 海角社区 and the criminal Justice Department.
What one skill would you say that you use the most on a day for day basis?
- We collect blood samples the same way I taught it in class. We do photography same way. Check your ISO things like that. We do it how we turn off the lights in your lab and things like that. So, literally your minor is what I do every single day of my life.
